For some reason it is not finding the CSS files, and the error_log file says that it doesn't exist. Here are my settings: /Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/etc/httpd.conf: # # This is the main Apache HTTP server configuration file. # # Configuration and logfile names: If the filenames you specify for many # of the server's control files begin with "/" (or "drive:/" for Win32), the # server will use that explicit path.

But it does exist right in the directory where the error_log file says it can't find the file. MB2, There's just enough to pique interest in your tale but not enough to hazard much of a guess because it could be the way you have DW setup (sites), the way that you have your mac setup (hosts file and the mac equivalent of httpd-vhosts.conf), the way that your files are trying to access the css OR, more likely that not since you're in here (where we speak a LOT of mod_rewrite) that you've got a mod_rewrite statement which changes the directory level of the requested URI (that's what I call the Missing Support Files problem in my signature's tutorial). It contains the # configuration directives that give the server its instructions. # In particular, see # < URL: # for a discussion of each configuration directive. If the filenames do *not* begin # with "/", the value of Server Root is prepended -- so "logs/foo.log" # with Server Root set to "/Applications/xampp/xamppfiles" will be interpreted by the # server as "/Applications/xampp/xamppfiles/logs/foo.log".

# Server Root "/Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles" # # Listen: Allows you to bind Apache to specific IP addresses and/or # ports, instead of the default. # # Change this to Listen on specific IP addresses as shown below to # prevent Apache from glomming onto all bound IP addresses.

# #Listen . Listen 80 # # Dynamic Shared Object (DSO) Support # # To be able to use the functionality of a module which was built as a DSO you # have to place corresponding `Load Module' lines at this location so the # directives contained in it are actually available _before_ they are used.
